Job Duties

Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
Clean and sanitize food and beverage equipment as well as care for foodstuff-relevant areas including walls and floors
Respond quickly to unforeseen incidents such as spilled dishes by immediate cleaning
Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operation including performing preventative maintenance
Keep cooking and serving utensils, plates, and tools clean and sanitary at all times
Maintain appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils to support kitchen operations
Participate in environmental sustainability initiatives including recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation
