As a Dishwasher / General Utility team member, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and efficient back of house, contributing directly to the smooth daily operations of the restaurant. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, committed to impacting the team positively, and ready to develop their skills within a growing company. Compensation starts at minimum wage and can reach up to $24 per hour plus tips through tip-out. The role demands significant physical effort, including the ability to remain stationary or mobile for up to four hours, frequently lift up to 50 pounds safely, and work in hot and damp environments.
