As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, your primary responsibilities revolve around maintaining sanitation and organization in all areas of the restaurant. From washing and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, to operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, your contributions are vital to ensuring a hygienic kitchen environment and satisfying guest experience. You will also support cooks with prep work and assist in preparing the restaurant's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Working cohesively within the kitchen team, you prioritize safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and guest satisfaction in every task.

The role demands physical stamina to stand for extended periods during 8-12 hour shifts, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely. Candidates should be team players with strong attention to detail and the capacity to multitask effectively amid a dynamic restaurant setting.   • Supporting the cooks with prep work and preparation of Cheddar Bay biscuits
