Job Requirements
- 1 year experience as a dishwasher or food prepper in a commercial kitchen
- must be available for all shifts including weekends
- reliable and physically able to perform fast-paced duties
- ability to follow health and safety guidelines
- clear communication skills
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 17 years of age
- professional pleasant and team oriented attitude
- must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written english
- demonstrated ability to follow instruction for daily assignments
- experience with cleaning standards in a commercial food operations
- ability to work assigned shifts including early morning evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- consistent and reliable attendance is essential
- successful completion of state and federal criminal background check drug screen job related physical and tb test
Job Duties
- perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks in the kitchen including operating the dish machine cleaning equipment sweeping and mopping floors and maintaining appliances
- ensure proper storage and handling of food and equipment to meet health and safety standards
- assist cooks with non-food preparation tasks as needed
- maintain a clean organized and safe kitchen and dish room environment
- assist with stocking following food deliveries
- make hospitality customer service and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction
