Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory
availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
ability to stand for extended periods
commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties

wash and sanitize dishes and kitchenware following health and safety standards
maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area and throughout the restaurant
assist other team members as needed to support smooth kitchen operations
learn and understand the workflow of all kitchen positions to foster teamwork and growth
adhere to Chuy's three core rules: prioritize customers, maintain a clean environment, and enjoy the work
help set the pace for the team to ensure timely service
communicate effectively with team members to ensure a positive workplace
