Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper handling of dishware
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
- Follow safety and hygiene standards in all cleaning activities
- Support the restaurant team with other duties to ensure smooth operation
