Job Duties
- maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish cutlery
- sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove garbage to designated areas
- wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas
- attend work and report for scheduled shifts on time and with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned tasks which may vary depending on business needs and client requirements
