Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related role is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred

Job Duties
- Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand
- Placing clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
- Maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- Sorting and removing trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
- Sweeping or scrubbing floors
- Stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars
- Cleaning garbage cans with water or steam
- Transferring supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks
