- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment

- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- support team member wellness and safety practices
- uphold the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- assist in maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
