Job Duties
- Clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwasher or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- properly sort and stack clean dishes and utensils
- assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- report any maintenance or equipment issues to management
- support the team to ensure efficient kitchen operation
