Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required
- willingness to work afternoon and evening shifts including rotating weekends
- ability to perform physical labor including lifting, standing and moving for extended periods
- ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- legal authorization to work in the country
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
- wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish silverware
- sweep, mop, and clean floors and remove trash to designated areas
- wash work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- perform other assigned duties and tasks as required based on business needs and client requirements
