- ability to perform manual labor and stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment for the restaurant
- maintain clean and sanitized restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment
- support team members to foster a collaborative work environment
- uphold high standards of health and safety
- contribute to overall guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness
