The company prides itself on maintaining a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and service, ensuring that every guest enjoys not only great food but also a safe and welcoming environment. The organization fosters a culture of teamwork, respect, and continuous improvement, making it a preferred employer in the hospitality sector. As part of their dedication to excellence, they seek motivated individuals who share their passion for hospitality and customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working collaboratively, and have a keen eye for detail and safety.
The position focuses on providing spotless and sanitized cookware and service ware, which is crucial for upholding the restaurant's stringent standards. The successful candidate will directly contribute to the daily operations by ensuring all kitchen items are clean, organized, and ready for use. This role demands a proactive approach to safety, sanitation, and efficient teamwork. Employees will be expected to comply with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment. The role also involves supporting the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant, which is instrumental in delivering an enjoyable dining experience to guests.
In addition to maintaining cleanliness, this job requires staff to be knowledgeable about the restaurant's food and beverage offerings to assist guests effectively when needed. Working in this position entails handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously, such as completing side work, setting up for service, and performing closing duties when necessary. The role demands stamina, as it involves standing for prolonged periods and the physical capability to lift heavy items multiple times per shift. The ideal candidate must be willing to work in environments that can be hot, humid, wet, and noisy.
This is an hourly, part-time role suitable for individuals who are at least 17 years old and can reliably commute to the workplace. Certification as a Food Handler is mandatory, reflecting the company's emphasis on food safety and hygiene standards. Those joining the team will become part of a dynamic and supportive work culture where collaboration and mutual respect are valued. Overall, this role is an excellent opportunity for those looking to start or continue a career in the foodservice industry with a reputable, quality-focused restaurant group.
