Job Duties
- Work in a high-energy kitchen environment supporting the culinary team in their food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment
- Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items
- Assist with basic food prep tasks such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients
- Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service
- Exhibit a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
