The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is crucial to the seamless operation and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring that all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are properly sanitized to meet health and safety standards.   • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely
  • Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 to 12 hour shift

Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting the cooks with prep work, including preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on the team and guests in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
