The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is a vital part of maintaining the restaurant's high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency. This position is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils to ensure a sanitary environment consistent with health regulations. The role also involves carefully and safely operating dishwashing equipment and other restaurant machinery. In addition to dishwashing duties, the Dishwasher/Utility supports the kitchen team by assisting with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and helping prepare Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. This role is inherently collaborative, requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to teamwork.
