In this role, the Dishwasher/Utility team member is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards. The employee safely operates dishwashers and other cleaning equipment, empties trash, and supports kitchen staff with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and making the signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. The position demands physical stamina since it involves standing for 8-12 hour shifts, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and moving around the restaurant.   • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature items
  • focusing on team and guest satisfaction in all tasks
