Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- no related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts
- ability to walk or stand for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- availability for varying shifts
- punctuality and regular attendance

- ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- open availability for varying shifts
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- restocks supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- attends work and shows for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
