The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is an essential part of the operations team, playing a key role in maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficient kitchen workflow. As a Dishwasher/Utility, you will be responsible for cleaning all dishware including flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Proper sanitation and handling protocols are strictly followed to ensure guest safety and satisfaction. You will also operate dishwashing equipment safely and effectively and assist with other cleaning tasks throughout the restaurant, ensuring all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and order. Beyond dishwashing, this role involves supporting kitchen cooks in prep work, including helping with the preparation of Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and other kitchen duties as needed.

- cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
- cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils

- emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
- working as one kitchen, by supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of our signature cheddar bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
