- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing area
- operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment safely
- assist kitchen staff with organizing clean dishes and supplies
- follow health and safety regulations
- work efficiently to support kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment
- communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow
