Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations

Job Duties
- Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware and dishes according to sanitation requirements
- Keep the dish pit organized
- Assist the kitchen in keeping the line and prep areas organized and clean
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area
- Work at a pace that supports efficient table turnover
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Operate dishwashing machinery safely and effectively
