Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
able to work days, nights, and/or weekends
able to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
able to read and write handwritten notes
able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
able to move about the facility and stand for long periods
able to walk or stand 100% of shift
able to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep, and wipe frequently
adherence to all safety policies

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
must demonstrate ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
must be disciplined and self-motivated
previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required

Job Duties

Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
use cleaning chemicals properly for safety and cost control
safely operate all dishwashing equipment
clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss or disposal
clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
empty trash and maintain trash cans in the kitchen
assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
help maintain line, sweep, and clear dirty dishes
assist with prep and banquet items as directed
clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls, and drains
maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
clean and maintain all mats
assist other team members as needed
maintain a positive working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative work climate
greet guests with friendliness and a smile during shifts
