Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- use all chemicals properly for safety and cost control
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize dishware, flatware and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to prevent breakage
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief
- assist with line maintenance and clearing dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- maintain kitchen storage areas and stocking
- clean and maintain mats
- assist other team members as needed
- maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- be friendly and smile while working days, nights and/or weekends
- demonstrate clear communication with guests and team members
- dress in accordance with guidelines and maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance
