Job Description

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with others
- Physical ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
- Capability to work in hot and damp environments
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands and use disinfectant cleaning supplies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Basic understanding of hygiene and safety standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently
- Dispose of waste and manage cleaning supplies
- Assist in general utility tasks around the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- Support team members during peak hours
