Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- must demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
- must be disciplined and self-motivated
- must be dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times
- must be friendly and able to smile a lot while working days, nights, and/or weekends as required

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- use chemicals properly in correct quantities
- safely operate all equipment
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- carefully sort dishware and flatware to prevent loss
- clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, and utensils
- adhere to company safety and sanitation policies
- handle glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
- empty kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- assist with line maintenance, sweeping, and clearing dishes
- assist with prep and banquet items as directed
- clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
- maintain kitchen storage cleanliness and stocking
- clean and maintain all mats
- assist other team members as needed
- foster a cooperative and harmonious working relationship
- maintain friendly demeanor while working varying shifts
