We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Dishwashers. This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $15 per hour to $20 per hour, depending on experience. Working as a Dishwasher at The Capital Grille means contributing to the fundamental operations that enable our front-of-house team and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service. The Dishwasher is an integral part of maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares essential to restaurant operations. Additionally, maintaining clean and sanitary restrooms is a critical responsibility within this role.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the kitchen and service teams by ensuring all equipment and dishes are properly washed, stored, and racked. By doing so, the Dishwasher facilitates an efficient workflow and supports the overall guest experience. We prioritize high standards of health and safety, so adherence to food safety guidelines and sanitation standards is mandatory.
