We are currently seeking part-time Dishwashers to join our team in Port St. Lucie, FL. The role of a Dishwasher is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen operations, which contribute directly to the overall guest experience. This position requires individuals who are diligent in their work, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a fast-paced environment. Duties include washing and sanitizing pots, dishes, utensils, and other kitchen equipment by mechanical or handwashing methods. The dishwasher will also be responsible for stacking plates, sorting, and polishing silverware, and ensuring all kitchen areas are kept in an extremely sanitary condition. This ensures compliance with health standards and supports the smooth functioning of the restaurant and event operations.

In addition to operational tasks, the Dishwasher will assist in receiving, stocking, and transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, helping maintain an organized work environment. Cleaning responsibilities extend beyond dishware to include kitchen surfaces, walls, equipment, and floors, along with trash removal and proper maintenance of garbage disposal areas. The role demands frequent standing, walking, and lifting of up to 25 pounds.
