As a Dishwasher/Utility Worker at SSP America, your primary focus will be maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and dining areas to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for guests and staff alike. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks including washing dishes, pots, and pans either by hand or using dishwashing equipment, and ensuring all utensils and kitchen tools are properly sanitized and stored. In addition to dishwashing duties, you will assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning floors, walls, windows, ceilings, and all kitchen equipment, using appropriate chemicals to meet strict sanitary standards. Attention to detail is critical as you will also be responsible for clearing and resetting tables in the dining area between seatings and transporting service-ware to the kitchen.

This role requires someone who can multitask effectively and take initiative to keep work areas organized and running smoothly. You will interact with guests by assisting with specific requests and communicating special needs to servers or supervisors, helping to maintain a positive guest experience. Furthermore, you will assist in unloading and stocking supplies, checking and rotating food items, and managing refuse removal to designated areas. The position demands reliability, good physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
