Job Duties

Ensure all pots, pans, utensils, and dishes are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized
Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash items as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing and kitchen area
Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
Monitor dishwasher supplies and communicate needs to management
Help teammates by assisting with other kitchen tasks during busy periods
Follow all safety and health regulations during cleaning processes
