Job Duties

  • constantly move throughout the kitchen
  • operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
  • communicate effectively with front of the house and back of the house employees
  • support team members including leadership
  • regularly run dishes through an industrial dishwasher in a timely manner
  • ensure that all dishware, work areas, and service areas are cleaned and sanitized properly throughout the shift
  • assist with prep and line needs
