The position of Dishwasher is essential for the seamless functioning of our kitchen and dining services. As a Dishwasher, your primary responsibility will be to load, operate, and unload the dish machine effectively, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools meet rigorous sanitary standards. Monitoring the dish machine’s water temperature to maintain a sanitary wash cycle is a vital part of this role. Additionally, you will maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, replenish dish detergents and cleaning supplies as needed, and carefully handle tableware to prevent breakage and loss. You will also be responsible for disposing of trash in designated areas at scheduled times and assist with the cleaning of food preparation and production areas. This role requires a high level of hygiene, physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work consistently in a fast-paced, hot, wet, and noisy kitchen environment.

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately
- monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
- keep the dish area clean and organized
- maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for the dining room and kitchen
- bag and haul dish area trash to the dumpster at designated times
- handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
- maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
- clean food preparation and production areas as required
- attend all scheduled team member meetings
