Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares
  • Optimizing cleanliness of the kitchen
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Following safety and sanitation standards
  • Disposing of trash and linen bags appropriately
  • Ensuring wash and rinse temperatures meet food safety criteria
  • Collaborating as a team player
