Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dishes and small wares
- Optimizing cleanliness of the kitchen
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following safety and sanitation standards
- Disposing of trash and linen bags appropriately
- Ensuring wash and rinse temperatures meet food safety criteria
- Collaborating as a team player
