The role of Dishwasher at Tocaya is integral to the operational efficiency and overall customer satisfaction within the restaurant. The Dishwasher is responsible for the essential task of washing and sanitizing all flatware, glassware, and china that come through the dish pit, ensuring all items are returned to service in excellent condition and meet department of health standards. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dishwashing area, as well as managing trash removal effectively, are key components of the job. This role works closely with multiple departments, including the Executive Chef, prep and line cooks, and front-of-house employees to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
