Job Requirements

- ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environment
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- provide clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to the guest
- clean the inside of the restaurant to provide a pleasant, safe environment for guests and co-workers
- clean around the outside of the building and the parking lot
- check, clean, and stock the rest rooms
- empty trash into the dumpster and keep the dumpster, trash cans and back dock area clean
- thoroughly clean and organize the utility area
- perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, services, and quality standards are met
- follow local health department laws
- stock cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
- maintain excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- bring equipment and facility problems to the attention of the manager
- know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery
