As a Dishwasher / General Utility, the individual plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the restaurant's back of house. The work environment can be hot and damp, demanding the ability to handle disinfectants and wear protective gear including hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift. Strict hygiene practices such as frequent hand washing with disinfectants are also necessary.
