Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to bend, push, pull and lift up to 35 pounds
Flexible scheduling availability
Valid food handler's card if required by local laws
Effective communication skills
Commitment to team collaboration

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary, such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
Work varied hours depending on business needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks
Monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment
Comply with health and safety standards
