We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our small yet passionate crew as dishwashers. Being a dishwasher at ROAM by San Chez means playing a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen. Physical stamina is essential, as the work requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is also necessary to meet the demands of our high-volume service.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- ensure all dishware, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and stored properly
- remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers regularly
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as required
- assist with unloading and storing kitchen deliveries
