Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- ability to operate industrial dishwashing machines
- knowledge of proper cleaning and sanitation techniques
- ability to handle and sort dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils efficiently
- basic understanding of kitchen operations
- ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- good physical condition and stamina
- ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently
- strong attention to detail
- reliability and punctuality
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- no formal education is required but a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand as needed
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- ensure all dishware, cookware, and utensils are sanitized and stored properly
- remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers regularly
- assist in maintaining cleanliness of kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as required
- assist with unloading and storing kitchen deliveries
