Job Requirements

Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
Must be able to bend, stoop, lift and carry dish racks, trash cans, linen bags and other items weighing up to 75 pounds
Maintains good grooming habits
Minimum six months general labor or restaurant experience preferred
Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to management and other team members
$15 per hour

Job Duties

Assist in the set-up and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurants within the resort
Correctly clean and maintain the dishwashing machine
Keep dish machine area clean and sanitary
Clean floors, bar floors/mats, windows, trash cans and restrooms, prior to opening and closing
Perform routine maintenance to the exterior of the building according to schedule
Set up and break down dish machine including arms, screens and baskets daily
Check dish machine to ensure correct operation and report defects
Wash, store and stock all plate ware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and smallware
Remove trash regularly and sanitize trash cans
Assist front and back of house personnel in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls and furnishings
Maintain highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation in work area
Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions or accidents
Assist kitchen personnel with closing duties and kitchen cleanliness
