Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months of utility or dishwashing experience preferred
- current state-required food sanitation certification or license
- ability to pass employment history and physical exam
- successful completion of tuberculin skin test or chest x-ray
- clearance with drug screen and criminal background check
- verification against OIG list of excluded individuals
- ability to work in hospitality-focused senior living environment
- strong work ethic
- reliable transportation
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and experience
- minimum six months of utility/dishwashing experience preferred
- must hold current state-required sanitation certification/license such as Safe Food Handling or Certified Food Manager
- strong attention to detail
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and operational organization
- perform kitchen activities including ware-washing system setup and breakdown, dishwashing, pot washing, and general cleaning duties
- assist serving staff with setting tables and workstation areas, as well as clearing tables
- maintain high levels of professionalism both in conduct and appearance
- adhere to health and safety guidelines
- support team members in daily operational tasks
- respond enthusiastically and timely to requests
