Job Requirements

Minimum of one year previous dishwashing experience
Ability to work a part-time Monday through Friday schedule from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual cleaning tasks
Willingness to comply with company safety and hygiene policies

Job Qualifications

At least one year of dishwashing experience
Ability to work part-time schedule Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards
Capable of maintaining cleanliness in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Reliable and punctual
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with kitchen staff

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
