Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Physical ability to lift and carry 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in kitchen sanitation or food preparation preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all dishes and store properly
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, shelves, work surfaces, and manage trash throughout shifts
- Assist team members with trash removal and overall club cleanliness
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Chef or Sous Chef
- Ensure proper storage of food items
- Change dish machine solution every 2-3 hours depending on business
- Break down cardboard boxes before disposal
- Assist in the weekly deep cleaning of the kitchen
- Safely lift and manage weights up to 50 lbs
