Job Requirements

Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
authorized to work in the United States
excellent customer service and people skills
in-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
strong attention to detail
high energy levels
ability to work in a team
excellent verbal communication
able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift

Job Duties

Maintain a clean and organized station
sweep and clean line floor, take out trash, and fulfill any cleaning tasks necessary
wash dishes and dry them according to Health Code regulations
assist service staff to fulfill guest requests
escalate issues to management and resolve problems constructively
communicate well with teammates to ensure guest needs are met
work in a fast-paced environment
adhere to health and safety regulations in kitchen and dining areas
follow manager directions throughout a shift
