- Required to stand for long periods and walk, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, stretch and twist or reach
- Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware using a machine and by hand
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for culinary operations, equipment, and tools
- Maintain a safe and sanitary workstation
- Perform deep cleaning on equipment and within the facility as assigned
- Report any malfunctioning equipment, cleaning tool needs, or chemicals necessary
- Remove trash and recycling from the facility and clean waste collection bins
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors
