Job Requirements
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with flexible schedule
- Willingness to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work shifts from as early as 7 a.m. to as late as 2 a.m. with fluctuation
- State Food Handler's Certification is required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or similar role advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety practices
Job Duties
- Provide clean and sanitized dishes, flatware, pots, pans
- Maintain dish work areas, equipment and tools
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring availability of clean items
- Work efficiently under pressure
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations
