Job Duties

operate dishwashing equipment and ensure cleanliness of all kitchen utensils and dishes
maintain high standards of sanitation and kitchen safety
assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
ensure the kitchen and dishwashing area is organized and clean
comply with health regulations
help with inventory control of cleaning supplies
support team members with other kitchen tasks when required
