Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally
  • Ability to use knives and food preparation equipment safely
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to work in variable kitchen environments including heat, cold, wet, and noise
  • Consistent punctuality and attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required
  • Capable of using knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation equipment

Job Duties

  • Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils
  • Maintain cleanliness of plateware, glassware, and kitchen equipment
  • Follow sanitation and safety protocols
  • Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions for food preparation
  • Use knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools safely
  • Perform repetitive hand and foot movements as required
  • Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
