Job Duties

cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas
cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking tools
safely and correctly operating dishwashing machines and other equipment
emptying all kitchen and other area trash
supporting cooks with prep work including making "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" and other tasks
focusing on teammates and guests to ensure decisions consider customer and team needs
following all cleaning and safety protocols
