Job Duties

  • Start every shift prepared by setting up a clean and organized dish area
  • follow daily routines and keep up with all cleaning checklists
  • clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
  • keep the back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
  • ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
  • work closely with the kitchen team to keep clean supplies moving and stations ready
  • communicate with managers and teammates to stay ahead of kitchen needs
