Job Requirements

High school education or equivalent
ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
highly organized with strong attention to detail
high integrity and professionalism
flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
able to work ten hour-plus shifts
able to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods
able to walk up and down stairs
able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Remain calm, cool and collected during even the busiest of times

ensure all dish/small/cookware is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and returned in proper order
assist culinary management with cleaning and maintenance tasks
