Job Requirements

At least a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
Must hold a valid Texas Food Handlers license
Physically able to lift 30 pounds frequently and stand or walk for 8 to 12 hours
Must be at least 18 years old
Possess a valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation available
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and late nights
Ability to pass a background check

At least 1 year experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferred
Applicable work history and food handlers license required in Texas
Able to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand or walk 8 to 12 hours
Must be at least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check

Job Duties

Work as a dishwasher during events
Collect used kitchenware, china, and glassware and load and unload the dishwasher
Hand wash items as necessary
Store cleaned kitchenware, china, and glassware appropriately
Ensure there are enough cleaned dishes at all times especially during peak service time
Remove garbage regularly
Sanitize the kitchen area including the floors
Ensure compliance with HACCP within the kitchen areas
Exhibit a teamwork atmosphere
Maintain a flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of nights and weekends
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
